BOOKING & PAYMENT - All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received in full. - Prices are shown per rider/entry and include any applicable booking fees unless stated otherwise. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS - If you need to cancel, please contact the organiser as early as possible. - Refunds are at the organiser's discretion and may not be available close to the event date. - If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered a transfer or a refund. RIDER RESPONSIBILITY & SAFETY - Motorsport is dangerous. You take part entirely at your own risk. - You must ride within your ability and follow all instructions from marshals and organisers at all times. - Appropriate safety equipment (including a helmet) must be worn whenever you are on track. - Your machine must be in a safe, roadworthy condition and meet any class requirements. ELIGIBILITY & LICENSING - You are responsible for holding any licence, membership, or insurance required for your class. - The organiser may refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the entry requirements. LIABILITY - To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser and venue accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance or participation. MEDIA - Photography and video may be captured at the event for promotional purposes. By attending you consent to such use unless you notify the organiser in writing. CONDUCT & CHANGES - The organiser reserves the right to amend the schedule, classes, or these terms where reasonably necessary. - Anyone behaving dangerously, abusively, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be removed without refund.
