2 DAY EVENT! TSX is more than a Supercross event. It's a full weekend festival combining SX racing, live music, family entertainment, camping, food, and unforgettable experiences for all ages. Set within the stunning grounds of Kelevdon Hall, TSX brings together the excitement of Supercross with the atmosphere of a summer festival, creating a weekend that everyone can enjoy Throughout the weekend, visitors can enjoy: - High-energy Supercross racing - FMX freestyle motocross shows - Live music and entertainment on the main stage - A woodland DJ stage - Funfair attractions - Food village and bars - Trade stands and exhibitor areas Interactive experiences for children and families Camping facilities for spectators and families VIP hospitality and exclusive viewing areas Moto101 will be joining us with Adult rider experiences and content creation, while E-Dirt London will give young riders the chance to try out new electric dirt bikes and experience the thrill of two wheels for themselves. Whats included with each Rider entry: - 1x Camping spot - 1X Mechanic entry - 1x Spectator entry Any extra entry bands will be available from www.towi-sx.co.uk

Terms and conditions

BOOKING & PAYMENT - All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received in full. - Prices are shown per rider/entry and include any applicable booking fees unless stated otherwise. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS - If you need to cancel, please contact the organiser as early as possible. - Refunds are at the organiser's discretion and may not be available close to the event date. - If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered a transfer or a refund. RIDER RESPONSIBILITY & SAFETY - Motorsport is dangerous. You take part entirely at your own risk. - You must ride within your ability and follow all instructions from marshals and organisers at all times. - Appropriate safety equipment (including a helmet) must be worn whenever you are on track. - Your machine must be in a safe, roadworthy condition and meet any class requirements. ELIGIBILITY & LICENSING - You are responsible for holding any licence, membership, or insurance required for your class.Licences required will be NORA - The organiser may refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the entry requirements. LIABILITY - To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser and venue accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance or participation. MEDIA - Photography and video may be captured at the event for promotional purposes. By attending you consent to such use unless you notify the organiser in writing. CONDUCT & CHANGES - The organiser reserves the right to amend the schedule, classes, or these terms where reasonably necessary. - Anyone behaving dangerously, abusively, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be removed without refund. By booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. 1. I will satisfy myself (by sighting lap or otherwise) before taking part that the venue and track is acceptable to me with regard to its features and physical layout (unless prohibited to do so).
 2. By participating I accept the risks involved and that off-road motorcycle activities are dangerous: including the risk of death or serious injury (including permanent disablement) by self or others.
 3. I declare that I am or my accompanying rider (if under the age of 18 yrs) is competent to take part.
 4. I declare that the vehicle and protective equipment to be used is safe, complies to the regulations and is in good working order for the activity I sign on for today.
 5. I am aware and accept that other participants on various size machines and of different/various riding techniques and/or capabilities may or will be on the circuit at the same time.
 6. I am not taking any drugs (prescribed or otherwise) or under any influence of alcohol as this will impair my ability to take part in the activity today. I declare that I/my accompanying rider am/is in good health and have good/adequate eye sight and I/they have no medical condition that may affect my/their participation or other persons safety.
 7. I have read, understood, accept and will comply with all Pinnacle Trax Ltd and individual track rulings and/or regulations, any supplemental regulations and final instructions for this event given by the premises owner, organiser, site manager, employee or any third party. All Pinnacle Trax Ltd track rulings and regulations are displayed at the signing-on station and should be read carefully before participation.
 8. If rider is under the age of 18 yrs the parent/guardian confirms agreement with this declaration and shall communicate it to the child accordingly.
 9. Parent/Guardian will marshal own child on the track and ensure all necessary bike checks are made and protective gear is worn.
 10. Parent/Guardian of Auto riders joining the youth group on the main track agree to this even in the presence of a Honda CRF150 in the group.
 11. Pinnacle Trax Ltd reserve the right to use any media taken during your visit for marketing purposes and consent is given upon signature of this sheet.
 12. I understand that no free passes and/or refunds shall be issued.
 13. I will not make any claim against Pinnacle Trax Ltd and/or the Circuit Operator (including any officers, directors, or other personnel engaged by other of them) in respect of any injury or other damage sustained by me and/or to any vehicle brought onto the venue premises by me (or on my behalf) during the event PROVIDED THAT nothing shall be deemed to be any attempt by Pinnacle Trax Ltd and/or the Circuit Operator to limit or exclude any liability which they (respectively) may have in respect of any personal injury or death which is caused as a result of the negligence of Pinnacle Trax Ltd or the Circuit Operator. Wristbands will be issued. ALL other adult guests (16+ years) will be charged to enter • Mechanics or rider wristbands only in the Pit/Mechanics area • STRICTLY NO TEAR OFFS, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ALTERNATIVE GOGGLES • STRICTLY NO ELECTRIC BIKES, SCOOTERS OR SIMILAR • The safe use of push bikes is permitted • NO PUSHBIKES ON THE RACETRACK AT ANYTIME • NO OPEN FIRES INCLUDING FIREPITS OR SIMILAR, BBQS MUST BE GAS • Generators off by 11pm • Please do not dig holes or damage the land in anyway • No noise or disturbances after 11pm • Dogs to be kept on leads • Parking will be co-ordinated to ensure good use of the pit area • STRICTLY NO RIDING IN THE PITS, PLEASE DISMOUNT AND WALK ONCE YOU ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE EXIT RAMP FROM THE CIRCUIT • STRICTLY ZERO TOLERANCE ON DRUG USE. THE USER AND ALL ASSOCIATES WILL BE SENT HOME • PLEASE RESPECT OUR STAFF AT ALL TIMES, ABUSE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THE RIDER AND ALL ASSOCIATES WILL BE SENT HOME • No walking or playing on the circuit whilst machinery is in use • Toilet waste disposal on site • Please use the waste bins provided or take rubbish home with you
